Could be the news that NAIF also waiting for - Mine Life from 18yrs to 30yrs - this will keep many people employed in QLD.....
Just needs an investor now to jump in....
In relation to the SPP - they will raise at 20% discount to 5 day average.....in July or before prospectus released....SP could already be in the 5-6's by then...so dilution could also be less.
