Getting the results of today’s vote would be pretty rare. Usually these things are stacked with insiders and related parties so it is hard to win a vote - especially with a landslide like this and a lot of shareholders just don’t bother voting. I guess faced with either a 100% loss or a chance of some return, most will choose some return.
