My take on this random increase. PB and Co. have stated that end of this quarter (2 weeks away) is when they will likely be submitting the EIS and MMP unless something happen that is out of their control. Before a milestone is expected to be reached this usually happens where interest is shown so investors can take a position so they can make a quick buck. If we don't hit the milestone expect this to crash back to where we were at the start of the day.
