CASA Systems Shareholder Lawsuit, page-4

From what I am reading CASA seems to be a company with serious problems and even doubts about their viability. It looks like NTC BOD is throwing their employees under a bus as well as shareholders. I can’t see anyway this union will be beneficial for NTC employees. I believe NTC employees and shareholders would have a better future if the company continued on without the disastrous CASA involvement. Replace the Board and any executive staff who have aligned themselves with them to the detriment of the company. Get a CEO with the skills to manage the business as well as secure long term contracts. This would ensure a future where employees had good career prospects and shareholders would have invested in a company with a capitalisation that had grown to over $1BN.
