He's from NLC but I see your point and some fair criticisms.

Anyone know patent law? Is there a tribunal or an appeal process that can consider extending a patent if 'hypothetically' a non binding agreement to utilise the patent to confirm it's feasibility was held up by one of the partners that was party to that agreement and therefore lead to the expiry of the patent?
