Anyway, I've sat back and looked at the FACTS I have put down three reasons why it's time to buy 1. Despite all the noise Costa is still financially very sound, strong demand for its products, over 1.2b in annual revenues, strong tangible assets, and relatively low debt to real asset ratio...I don't think they are in any imminent financial danger 2. Cyclical issues have led to the most recent downgrades and if these cycles turn then we back in growth and significant re-rate 3. Significant shorting has recently damaged the stock but not the underlying business, which is sound -demand for oranges berries mushrooms avocado is growing not decreasing.... so let's all take break and get back into our snack tomatoes or avocado stacks... BE PATIENT over and out for now all imho ..dyor

Suggest delve deeper into "strong tangible assets" ... they own improvements, not the land and have high debt. Improvements are not readily saleable for carry amounts (unlike trucks, land, stock). Its highly geared and high risk.
