As in, I personally EXPECT them to do well out of this Sigma deal.
They might fail miserably, but EXPECTATION is factored into the price of any stock.
A lot of other holders probably don't EXPECT them to do so well which is probably why the price going down.
A single quarters expense book (which is what you are looking at) isn't really telling for a company trying to find its legs because it is more about EXPECTATION of future revenue.
