I know it's 2 days after the Ramcap meeting now, but I have managed to get some details from the Ramcap EGM.

As I mentioned earlier it was a very sombre mood despite there being more shareholders in the EGM than at the last AGM in November. At least 3 private security guards were in attendance.

Only two questions of note from a Ramcap representative:
Q: Has Stuart McAuliffe considered resigning considering the suspension?
McAuliffe: No, there is no suggestion that the suspension is due to me.

Q: What qualifications does Bryan Cook have to run the company?
A: That's covered off in the explanatory statement.

Nobody bothered with any more questions as it was clear that the former directors wouldn't be providing satisfactory answers to questions.
