the dividend yield of 6% appears high because the sp has gone down from its high. we used to get 6c a quarter or about 24c a year. recent results have not been good. i am going to wait to see the next reporting of results before getting back in. i am always wary of management saying the current market is "challenging", an over-used word to describe things when forecasts are not met.
