Which is it? the directors got shares well below the market price or they bought them at market prices and got a directorship as a prize.

Let's be clear. You have no idea what and how things work with this business and the new partnership arrangements. You don't know the work the directors have been doing behind the scenes and the skills they bring to the job.

Monday will see the agreement passed and SEI will get on with the business of becoming the only tungsten producer in Australia for the next couple of years at least.

If that's bad management then sign me up for some more.
