No. 400 is not enough. They need roughly 30-40 tonnes per frack stage. They have 35-40 frack stages left in well #1. Maybe enough to do few frack stages test for well #2 but they dont have approval from O&G Authority for well#2 yet.
So it could be anything. But doesn't look like fracking from that numbers.
