a couple of months ago, watso made a half hearted attempt to lose weight again .. but then gave up... watso is again only one week into another attempt - and maybe 108kg could be the first target.
anyway, just returned from a 7km walk before breakfast .. exercise before breakfast (ie on an empty tummy) seems to be more beneficial .
mmm for breakfast watso is having a full pizza .. lol hate to imagine how many calories ..
watso likes to drink 2 litres of port each week - so it might be an idea to give up on that
