anyway, just returned from a 7km walk before breakfast .. exercise before breakfast (ie on an empty tummy) seems to be more beneficial .

mmm for breakfast watso is having a full pizza .. lol hate to imagine how many calories ..

watso likes to drink 2 litres of port each week - so it might be an idea to give up on that

If watso has a cup of strong black coffee before his walk every morning it will help his metabolism kick in and burn weight faster
