    After our discussions re MAE. I had a quick look.

    370 mill shares fully diluted.
    Current sp of 1.20
    MC $447700000

    Unbeleivable. They do have 319 BCF in the bank but otherwise have similar situations. 25mill in debt and only 15 mil cash. Very simplistically over valued compared to SEA.
