Might l suggest if you have confidence in a business and its management, stick with it until the end, often ovrrv5 years. Check out the Bal Sheet and cash flows, and as long as they can support a turnaround, either a vulture fund will step in or the company will turn itself around.
Debt laden businesses are of course a different matter.
WHK was a similar beast to CUP and offered a similar play. If l recall correctly, Findex took them over for a song in one foul swoop.
