firstly, I reserve the right not to elaborate on every aspect of my postings. The royalties payable on Alofisel are “blacked out “ on all official records as a confidential item of disclosure. From recollection, I came across the number from either an analyst’s note or a paywall service like seeking alpha. When I saw your question on Hot Copper , I wasted about 90 minutes of my life trying to look it up again... and was unsuccessful. I therefore , did, what everyone else is able to do... double checked with the company to make sure I was not misleading anyone. The royalty rate is tiered on volume and my statement used the word “circa” , which as you know means approximately. Whilst the Company did not disclose the precise royalty tiers and refer in press releases to “single digits” they did not find the “circa 6%” to be misleading which I had read. Next time you try to call me out on a statement I have posted , please bear in mind the sensitivities of commercial agreements make this type of approximation the only way a Company is able to provide guidance to the market. If they gave anymore granularity they would be confidentially breaches. I am satisfied that this number is a fair reflection of what has been agreed.

One of the reasons I decided to write on Hot Copper and this thread in particular, was that I saw that shorters were trying to manipulate the share price . If Mesoblast is successful in its endeavours many millions of lives will be saved and medical science will have made a great leap forward. If you think my postings are suspect.. please do me a favour and ignore them ... or better still pick up the phone to Corporate IR and see if I am just a fantasist.
