iPPS per se is obviously not patented, and reasonably freely available, but....
(Bene) "Agreement grants exclusive supply of only FDA approved PPS for all orthopaedic (inc. alphavirus), respiratory and cardiovascular indications."
I'll be interested to see if the FDA recognises the Indian generic as a bio-equivalent.
Until then, seems pretty solid IMO.
If anyone's going to be willing to pay that sort of $$, it would be the US military, whose profligacy with the taxpayers' dollars is legendary.
