I suppose the risks for a non-Chinese entity would be that the road never gets sealed or properly maintained (how many wet seasons would it survive?), adequate power supply doesn't eventuate, land access becomes more difficult... the list goes on.
I believe AVZs initial mandate was to complete the drilling process and fund & complete the DFS.
