why is it obvious. it's common for stocks to list in US like this. it certainly does not mean (for sure) that something big is coming. it could well mean they need capital and want to try US. the last CR raise price was pretty poor and the stock was higher.
the optimism of many NUH shareholders is quite amazing. I can only like it to footy fans, not critical investors. behavioural finance case study 101.
