I've suggested new entity most likely have market cap of $10m, so 1/4. I guess there are two ways looking at it
1) that market cap for the spin out seems too high based on the limited info we've seen
2) ARL market cap has hit ridiculous lows.
or maybe 3) all the above and market cap of the spin out will be justified once we see more details
