That's exactly right.
We have to take it all pretty much on faith here, as it's really hard to DYOR on issues like this.
What does give me confidence is the high quality of the PAR board, and the fact that they've got plenty of skin in the game, rather than reports from fund managers, who are also shareholders.
The USA is for sure a tough place to get sick if you don't have good health insurance; I'm glad I'm not in that position.
