Been a KDR shareholder since June/July 2016 (although the number of shares ive held has varied significantly) and have followed the company story pretty closely as a result.

I an now no longer a shareholder and couldn't be any more disgusted by the actions of the board, and the lack of progression since the 144mt spodumene resource defininition that happened in 2016. This was a large factor in me and my shares parting ways as I believe the lithium resource that KDR management luckily stumbled across via MZNs interest in lithium rights earlier in 2016 is worth a lot more than $1.90*# shares on issue.

(1) Mzn saga - the conspiracy theorist in me wonders if this was an 'inside job' orchestrated to lower the KDR share price.

(2) Selling out half for sweet f all to SQM - Consider what half of wodgina sold for.

(3) General lack of progression - whats even been acheived since the SQM JV deal aside from issuing a few million shares to Phoenix Rise to drop their forfeiture claim?
