High debt and high goodwill incurred over the past merges has created a big bubble in Vocus. attempts was made to reduce the bubble size but without success. Vocus looks unstable and over valued even at 4. and AGL is willing to swallow the balloon with higher price. revaluation and write off is not uncommon after pricey purchase. anyway that's just my 2 cents opinion after I get rid of VOC with a lucky tiny profit. take care and good luck.
