Agreed 11sjw, rather be in South Africa than some of the other African nation. NAmibia, MAlawi and Botswana are the only ones i would bother with these days.
THe last thing they would do over there is rip off foreign investors especially in the power industry as they have severe shortages.
I see the only impedimants now are people meeting there requirements of the deal..and who is going to back out of that?
