Actually after consideration I think Ser did well to get this agreement. Which other company would bother intruding into the FMG ringed ser patches. Also could be a carve up between fmg and bhp. fmg not having a go at chk next to bhp and the quid pro quo bhp not intruding onto ser territory. Sensible decisions by both companies.
On the bright side, over 30 million shares have changed hands at this .7 to .8cent range, and there has been accumulation trading for the past 6 months. I will stick with my holding even though there might be some selling to flush out weak holders before the end of June.
