We are dealing with them company (ECT) to company (NMDC) I have been made to believe. A letter, in writing, would be more forthcoming than the expectation they are paying any attention to the announcements made through the ASX.
I would still like a response from the @ECT_Rep to confirm what you have said... unless of course you are the Rep?
