What, are you seriously expecting a good June quarterly? You have to be kidding - The September and more importantly December quarterlies will tell if this Co is a goer or not.
Having said that - Wadell needs to go, just to give the joint a bit more credibility, I'll give him one thing though - he walks the talk with his dough.
