If the second pilot plant run is Nov'19 to validate Loh, then decision to finance will only come in Q1'20, whether to have Loh in P1 or not.

Let's hope that engineering for LoH in P1 will be done prior to that. All point to Q1 if not Q2 2021 for first production imho.
