I have no doubt that the Chinese have told Ken they have to take less Spod due to delays in ramping up their plants.
The issue I have is that the Chinese are very efficient when it comes to planning to build/modify something and they throw huge amounts of labor into it and normally complete the project in record time.
So to me it seems very strange that they would plan to take a certain amount of Spodium and then not have the plant fully commissioned to process it.
As far as making them stick to the amount they agreed to take.....good luck trying to take legal action against a Chinese Company in China.
When I see the off take partners taking the agreed amount of production and the Lithium Price starting to rise again I will buy back in but for now I am happy to sit and wait (unless the stock gets really oversold).
