I've never seen anybody so up himself before. I've being in property for 20 years and i tried to give some advise to some young ones but he kept jumping in and kept using that "YAWN". (GOOD RIDENCE)!

PS. he reminded me of a dog curled over giving himself a tongue bath. sorry that's the last one.
