Oh well after all that work that went into formulating a reply to Romer and it all just as suddenly went down the tubes.
Must be slow today it took me half the day to work out what those first 3 letters were standing for. Obviously the mods woke up to it too - just about the time I had posted my perfectly innocent reply.

Well what I was saying was that when I glanced back at a handy 2003 AR I saw that the Directors (all 3 of them) had a total of 13 Directors Meetings during the year. They also had 5 Audit committee meetings during the year. Not sure if the Audit Committee meetings were held at the same day as follow on from the Director's meetings but there we are.

When we get to the last AR = 2007 then there are just 7 Directors meetings. Are they tiring of meeting ?
Is there so little to discuss ? Have they run out of good restaurants to try ?
Anyway the three directors, Radford, Tattersfield and Tomkinson must have some cosy chats. The last two are the main shareholders in PPP.
I guess they have a few chuckles about how they manage to keep the shareholders in the dark while looking after their own interests.
