I cant answer your question but see the uncertainty many have as another plus for COE.Some who in the past would have sold to realise a tax loss benefit & bought back quickly afterward may be delaying the buyback until the new financial year.Meantime the SP has been continuing to fall reassuring them that to wait is the wise course.This could lead to a sudden scramble to get set in the new year IMO.
