It seems those figures may well be right.
Hartleys has COE on a 12.3 FY08 P/E, & 63.7 FY09
They show eps dropping in 09 & negative for FY10.
It seems COE's revenue is in decline, so unless they can surprise the market somehow & generate more revenue, then these figures seem ball park to me.
