The info came out in a report on the licences (I think it was reporting on the cultivation licence in particular) in relation to the indication that big Canadian companies looking at acquiring Australian small cap Cannabis companies - and the report was centred around the CRESO take over. Not sure small cap publication that appeared on now though. Sorry about not being definite but it was a quick read. Does seem to be a blow out from the 15 months that the organisation reported to the senate a year ago so not aware of the reason for that.
