Considering most medicines cost the drug manufacturers pennies to produce, that seems fair. The US association PhRMA was my client and we had to push the BS narrative about "recovering the cost of development" to the media all the time but the truth is, they spend far more on advertising than they do on R&D. Pharmaceutical people wade in money bigger than kings.
