I don't think a CR will be required. After R & D rebate, they should be good until the end of March. That gives them 6-9 months to find a buyer. If last night's ann was anything to go by, they will only need till the end of year.
If a CR were to Occur, it would be after September following the release of ACNE trial results. Should be getting premium value by then.
