I'm not surprised that AHF expects to see an increase in EBITDA of $1.1m - $1.3m following this deal. They are no doubt getting a higher price for their conventional (non-organic milk) and they will be getting a healthy premium on the organic milk. I note the comment about "... expectations of positive operating EBITDA for the Group in the FY20 financial year." All we have to do is hope that AHF can produce enough surplus milk to meet these numbers. Prima facie there is no reason the company can't get the required production levels. GLTA
