The point that appears to be obvious is that I was responding to some thoughtful comments by @satan1 (the devil's in the detail) & felt it was relevant to include some comments from BLK's Future Capital Requirements (Disclaimer), which also happens to be BLK's Funding Roadmap (I've put it in bold & highlighted it this time so you don't miss the point).
