    I hold a bunch of AOSOA.

    What date do these expire? Is there even the remotest of chances that something could happen between now and then to get AOS over 5c? I guess not.

    So, if I want to sell these I should do an off-market transfer for $1. Can I sell them to my wife or does it have to be arms length to be kosher for the tax man?
