that's not how i read the ann (i hope im wrong and you are right)
section 1.2
The Company is not issuing the Placement Shares with the purpose of the persons to whom theyare being issued selling or transferring their Shares, or granting, issuing or transferring interestsin those Shares within 12 months of the issue but this Prospectus provides them the ability to doso should they wish.
does that not mean they can sell them when they wish?
ant it states they can grant these shares immediately
