I agree, however this just highlights what a bad deal we're getting from GFG and yet management have agreed to this offer.
It would be interesting to know what Wanbao offered for Kalkaroo last year, whatever it was I'm sure it would have been better for long term share holders compared to this offer which has totally destroyed the share price.
