Also have a short term money lending business which brings me the unique deals on a constant basis Keen interest in property buying,renovating etc Have self taught over the past 15 years Have a fair portfolio of property for my young age. MRS is an interior designer Have a keen interest in Victorian and Edwardian architecture Enjoy putting deals together I now also train others when I have time Family...some of them are R E agents
The biggest thing however above all else is I go looking for the next deal, or put myself where I can be seen.
Just getting out there and amongst the crowds,open inspections, let agents know your cashed up, looking for quick sales etc etc......soon enough agents start to notice.
Research is the key.....as it is with shares.....nothing is easy.
