FCC Delisting. Helpful advice requested.

Hello HotCopper,

I have recently started investing in a few companies due to light research on this site. FCC was one of them.

I am a Permantnet resident of 5 years but due to excessive holidays not eligible for citizenship yet. Thjis leads to commsec unable to open a international trading account to sell of the shares to the Candian market. (If that is possible?).

I failed to keep track of this stock, and didnt sell before the delisting and left with what feels like a worthless asset.

My questions being,

Am I on a time constraint with my shares?

What options would anyone reccomend?

I understand from my own lack of vigilance and ownership im in this predicament and will accept the loss as a life lesson in the world of trading. That said any guidance or recommendations pointing me in the right direction would be great and gratefully received.
