ppl bought at 3/4 also thought it won't go below 2..now look at the price!! Don't invest in a company where Mgt is not trustworthy.. they raise CR the day when the stock price is lowest in its 2-3 yrs that's one factor is good enough to judge the Mgt commitment to holders.
