Scarabeo, you are assuming there that they would be able to sell shares at $1.25. Not as easy as it looks. My guess is they would have had to have gone to the market at $1.10 if that and all the associated expenses of underwriting etc.

I've trusted management thus far and I think they have done plenty of thinking on this.

There's probably more to BG entering than is immediately apparent.
