Can anyone provide the ASIC letter that suggests Axiom is been scrutinised or investigated? I have never seen it so unless its posted somewhere I may have missed something. My reference was targeted at the vexatious, SMM and disgruntled landowners, ex employees, fringe dwellers, but certainly not ASIC or ASX?? "May I start by stating that Axiom mining have maintained a legitimate company and are obviously under the scrutiny of those that would enjoy its demise." Nope, nothing about ASX or ASIC there?
