The new investor relations manager would have been briefed on their pipeline.... looked at the size of it, and decided that US$3m was a good floor to set.
Remember management have the benefit of on-the-ground knowledge and a pipeline that we can only have a glimpse of here and there when they choose to share some information or one of our master researchers finds something online.
We can see the groundswell happening in China ... we are well ahead of where we are 12 months ago, however this progress needs to turn into bulk sales in the short term for us to have any chance of seeing US$44m in SPS sales this year .. we know that, management definitely know that.
