lol ,my opinion is that these big business move so quick, that’s how they stay ahead of their game. Rio have mining towns they built and make it back by locating people to work remote and charge them even though the rent is minimal, but it’s still an investment to Rio with houses ,shops and schools they own. Google are doing it as an investment as well , I’ve read. The remote town houses are basic 3 by 2’s, nothing flash. People are compensated with big pay packages, cheap rent but you pay for the utilities.
