LIT hasn't discovered anything....they say in their own announcement that lithium tourmaline at this site has been mined since the 1890's..
gee...I wonder if that means lithium mineralisation must be in the area? I wonder.... what a discovery! (sarcasm....and explanation for people that don't realise if a mineral is present in a gemstone is being mined in the area, then that mineral must be present is largish quantities otherwise the gems wouldn't exist since the 1890's!!!)
