AVID have not walked away rather asked for 2 extra weeks, unlike the two separate bidders for VOC.

It may be a lower bid, who would know. What I do know is that the LNP won the election and that is far better for the property market than Labor would have been.

These opportunities don't present often and I would be surprised if AVID walked or lowered their bid.
